Over the last decade of training literally 1000’s of clients from every walk of life, I’ve done it all. Power plates, bootcamp style, fitness boxing, kettlebells weightlifting, running, Strength & Conditioning, TRX, one to one PT, you name it, all in search of the perfect system. And now I’ve come to realise – there is no perfect system or one size fits all – in fact that is the problem with the fitness industry – The future of the fitness industry in individualised coaching. one coach one client one community. Instead of the all-or-nothing approach, we use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

Cause look seriously I’m just a normal dude like you. Yeah I own a gym (and yes those are a big set of arms) but, I’m also a father, a business man and a husband. Now I said I’d make it simple but that does not mean easy. Making change is uncomfortable in the short term, there’s no other way to put it. I have to be real with you here.. I won’t baby you, or do it for you. I may even have to call you out on your BS, cause I cannot help you get what you want by telling you what you want to hear. Here’s what you can expect from our ID Coaching: Individualised Design - A program that fits your body—and your life: You tell us what you want to do. We’ll help you do it. First, your coach will learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Need to exercise at home? We’ve got you covered (even if you have limited or no equipment). Dealing with extra stress? We’ll help you adapt. Bottom line: We’ll help you become the healthiest, fittest, strongest version of yourself… no matter what’s going on around you. Get the support you deserve: Professional coach and community. We pair you with a world-class coach, who’s there to remove the guesswork and provide the accountability, direction, and support you need every step of the way. Yes, that’s right—a real coach to help you get the changes you want. And with their help, you’ll stay consistent no matter what life throws at you. How often do you accept new clients?

When we have availability, we open the doors once a month to accept new clients onto our 30 day trial. This is the ideal way to test out the coaching system and for us both to get an idea if it's the right things for us to be working on. If you apply at a time of very limited availability we will add your name to a waiting list. Once we've space you, you will be notified and given the opportunity to take one of our 30 day trial spots before anyone else which will increase your chances of getting onboard.

Who is Impact's individualised Coaching for?

our individualised design Coaching is for women and men who want to get healthier, fitter, and stronger—and stay that way for the rest of their lives. It’s for people who want to… Lose weight and body fat Build physical strength and confidence Transform their relationship with food Have more energy for the things they love Get results that last Plus, the program is designed for people with busy schedules. We work closely with our clients to help them get results, no matter what other craziness is going on in their lives. We provide you with personal accountability, a structured nutritional program to follow, and a coach to help keep you consistent and on-track. We don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we help you build habits that will get you results that last forever.

Who is our Individualised Coaching NOT for?

Our Coaching is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high-level athletes training for a particular sport. It’s also not for people who already have all the accountability they need. If you rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, then we’re not a good choice for you.

Will Individualised Coaching work for me?

Want to lose weight? Eat better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep? If you follow our recommendations and stick with us for the full year then yes, you will get results. If you participate in our Coaching and follow our recommendations, you’ll end up leaner, stronger, healthier, and happier with your body than you ever thought possible. You don’t have to get it perfect. (Let’s be honest: No one is ever going to get anything “perfect.”) But you do have to commit to making small, strategic changes in your life. That’s something no one ever likes to admit about getting in better shape: It takes hard work, time, and determination. Changing your body isn’t easy, but it is possible. I'm a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?

Yes. We’ve worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating. Remember, we were all beginners at some point. And at impact we do our best to make sure all beginners work at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
