Do I have to be fit?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Even the super-fit people you see here, all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

What happens after the trial?

Thats totally up to you. If you want to carry on and work with us  (80% of our trial members do), we’ll decide on the best option for us to work on together. If you decide that Elite isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we aren't everyone's "cuppa tea".

How often do you accept new clients?

We open the doors once a month to accept new clients onto our 28 day trial.

This is the ideal way to test out the coaching system and for us both to get an idea if it's the right things for us to be working on.

If you happen to apply at a time of very limited availability we will add your name to a waiting list. Once we've space you, you will be notified and given the opportunity to take one of our 28 day trial spots before anyone else which will increase your chances of getting onboard.

What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

No problem. With 36 years combined coaching experience we’ve trained people from every walk of life you can imagine so, whatever you’re struggling with, we’ve seen it all before. We know exactly how to meet you where you’re at and are ready to support, direct and, guide you every step of the way. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

What am I committing to when I sign up?

Just 28 days. No long-term commitments. You’re just paying for one month, and that’s it. Think of it as a try before you buy that’ll help you make an informed decision about whether our gym is right for you and which membership might suit you best. 

What are the ongoing membership costs?

Our membership prices start at €216 per month. All our memberships include personal training, gym access, dedicated coaching support, and the guidance you need to help you get and keep the body fitness and health you want. 

Will Individualised Coaching work for me?

Want to lose some weight? Begin  eating better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep?

If you follow our recommendations for just 28 days we can change your habits, stick with us for 6 months and well change your body. But if you make it to 12 months we'll change your life and you will keep the results forever.

If you participate in our Coaching and follow our recommendations, you’ll end up leaner, stronger, healthier, and happier with your body than you ever thought possible.

But you will need to understand you do have to commit to making small, strategic changes in your life.

That’s something no one ever likes to admit about getting in better shape: It takes hard work, time, and determination.

Can I do a mix of in-gym and online training?

Yes, you’re free to juggle between at-home and in-gym sessions as you please. And don’t forget our team training timetable also includes sessions at our outdoors space

I'm a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?

Yes. We’ve worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating. Remember, we were all beginners at some point. And at impact we do our best to make sure all beginners work at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
