I'm soon to hit the 50 year old marker and kinda thought my 100+kg weight was here to stay. I heard about Impact's 6 week challenge via Facebook and went to meet Jason at the gym. What I heard was a straight talking person which hit a few chords with me. I had the opportunity to take up the 6 week challenge and jumped at the chance. They brought me through my nutrition (what I was eating and what I should be eating), and I soon found out the nutrition was going to be my nemesis, and a massive change if I was to make positive improvements. What made this easier for me was the nutrition was normal food, not chicken and brocolli each day, every day. The team from Impact were with me every step of the way with words of encouragement, advice, positivity, to name but a few. I've just finished off my 6 week challenge with Impact with a weight loss of >10kg. I feel so much better in lots of ways, stronger (already), more energy, less tired. You may be sceptical about these things (as I was before), but if you put your trust in it, be honest with yourself, and more importantly, make yourself accountable, you CAN do it, as I did. Thanks so much to ALL the team at Impact, I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Signed up initially for the 6 week programme. Hit my goals with a week to spare and to be honest even started to enjoy training. Great coaches, great set up. Training times to suit a shift worker like myself which was a big reason why i signed up. Deserves more than 5 Stars.

Impact gym is a great place to work out - the trainers are excellent, you get pushed to do your best, and the class routines are different every time which means you don't get too bored! Sad I'm not working nearby any more otherwise I'd still be going.

Super gym & 6 week challenge experience! Experienced, results focused and fun team who create a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for all levels!

This is not your ‘normal’ gym. These guys are well educated, highly engaged and pride themselves on their coaching and support. They tailor plans to the individual, review goals on an ongoing basis and are always on hand to support and advise. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Absoluteley brilliant gym! Its not a like the big commercial gyms that just want your money and dont care about you. Every coach is bang on and get great pleasure in getting you the results you want! Whether that be loosing the weight and toning up or bulking up. Nutrition, workouts even with injuries, these guys do it all. Would give more stars if possible.
